Creatively Caring for our Community: Dementia Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Strategies for Health Care Professionals

In this one-hour presentation, individuals will develop an understanding of current dementias, assessment and diagnosis, effective communication strategies, and management and care planning. Additionally, arts-based approaches will be shared and explored by participants.

This presentation meets the annual training requirement for health care professionals who have direct patient interactions with individuals with Dementia.
